Proverbs 3:1-7

My son, forget not my law; (a) but let thine heart keep my commandments:  2- For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. 3- Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: (b) bind them about thy neck;  (c) write  them upon the table of thine heart: 4- (d) So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man. 5-Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; (e) and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6- (f) In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall (g) direct thy paths. 7- (h) Be not wise in thine own eyes: Fear the LORD and depart form evil.

a- Deut.30:16 In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
