Jesus Christ, the Word

A title of Jesus:

John 1:1-14>In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. all things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not
He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

The Scriptures,  called Good Word of God:

Heb.6:5>And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

  Word of Life:

Phil. 2:16 >Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

Word of Truth:

2Tim.2:15>Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

  Jas.1:18 >Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

Adding to God’s Word forbidden. Penalty:

Rev.22:18 >For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

Taking from the words of Scripture for  forbidden.. Penalty:

Rev.22:19>And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
