Study of Grace
A) Gift of God:
Eph.4:7> But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
1Pet.4:10> As every man has receive the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
1Cor.1:4> I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;
B) Saved by:
Ehp. 2:8> For by grace are you saved though faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
2Cor.1:12> For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.
1Cor.10:13> There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
C) Growth in Grace:
Ps.84:7> They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appears before God.
Prov.4:18> But the path of just is as the shining light, that shines more and more unto the perfect day.
Col.1:10> That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruiful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
1Thess.3:10> Night and day praying exceedingly that we might see your face, and might perfect that which is lacking in your faith;
Heb.6:1> Therefore leaving the (principles of doctrine of Christ) or, the word of the beginning of Christ let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
1Pet.2:1> Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,
2Pet.3:18> But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever Amen.
D) Justified by Grace:
Rom.3:24> Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
E) Christian Grace:
Matt.5:3> Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
